Shipping Areas and Cost
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
- Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of size or weight.
- International Shipping: We sell and deliver only to the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Our fulfillment process ensures that your order is inspected and packed securely before dispatch.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. This includes verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is between 2 to 5 business days.
Please note: Total turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery is typically between 3 to 10 business days.
Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment
Nextum Shop operates multiple distribution centers across the United States to optimize delivery speeds for high-voltage components and heavy solar equipment.
If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a solar inverter and a smart lock), you may receive multiple packages arriving on different days. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual shipment.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can verify the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Delivery Safety and Inspection
Due to the technical nature of our products—specifically batteries and solar panels—we recommend inspecting the package immediately upon arrival. While we ensure robust packaging, the nature of freight transport requires diligence. If a package appears significantly damaged externally, please document it immediately for your records.
Failed Delivery
If a carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
